Rules, Terms and Conditions

1. Service provided on our terms

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we owe you nothing. You pay voluntarily and may not demand any particular result, feature, uptime, support, compensation or refund. Everything you receive is provided because we choose to make the service useful, not because we accept unlimited obligations to you.

This rule is not an excuse to take your money and intentionally provide nothing. It exists because dishonest clients and scammers use vague obligations to attack businesses. If you are unhappy, or the service has interruptions, stop using it and go fuck yourself.

2. Privacy

We do not ask for your email address or phone number because we do not need them. Your account uses a domain key. The system may still process technical and operational data needed to work and protect itself, including IP address, user agent, account key, transactions, domain settings and content you upload.

3. Freedom of speech and illegal activity

You may publish any thoughts and opinions you want. We support freedom of speech. However, governments and laws in different countries impose limits, and we do not support criminal activity, fraud or scams.

If your site contains criminal content, scams, fraud, illegal material or anything that creates a serious legal or security threat to our business, the account may be blocked immediately, websites deleted and all account funds confiscated. There is no appeal.

4. Music and copyright

Original artists may upload their own songs. If you upload someone else's music, we may personally not care, but copyright owners may flood us with complaints. That makes your upload a threat to our business. We may delete all your content and domains, block the account and confiscate every balance connected to it.

5. Adult content

We are not against legal pornography. We like and respect adult content. Ordinary lawful adult content is allowed. Illegal pornography is not allowed, including any content involving minors, exploitation, non-consensual material or anything prohibited by applicable law.

If your adult content creates a legal threat to our business, we will delete it, remove your sites, block the account and confiscate the balance.

6. Payments, refunds and guarantees

All sales are final. No refunds. No chargebacks. No service guarantee and no promise of uninterrupted operation. We do not say this because we want to provide bad service. We say it because scammers, dishonest clients and idiots use guarantees and refund demands to attack businesses.

If you buy something and do not like it, you may stop using it and go fuck yourself. By using this service, you explicitly accept this rule.

7. Protecting this project

We created this project because we support freedom of speech. Freedom still has limits when your conduct threatens the existence of the service. If your activity, content or behavior threatens our infrastructure, reputation, payment systems, legal position or ability to operate, everything connected to your account may be removed immediately and without appeal.

This applies to criminal, fraudulent, abusive or legally dangerous activity. We do not remove it because we necessarily oppose your opinion. We remove it because we will not sacrifice our business so that a government, rights holder, payment provider or other authority can punish us for your behavior. In that situation, we will sacrifice your account instead. Understand this before using the service.
